Dear Tom and Rosemary, We are writing to thank you for the excellent service your company ‘ 1ST Choice Handyman’ recently provided, when building our 10 foot deck extension, with a new pool frame, along with the repainting of the entire house. For us based in the UK, it was a trouble free experience, with your excellent service giving us peace of mind. On visiting the villa after completion we were delighted with the quality of the workmanship, materials used, the final finish and the personal efforts you had both made to ensure our home was left looking perfect. When you are so far away, it is good to know we have a handyman service we can rely on to carry out any job professionally and to a high standard. Ist Choice Handymen supplied and fitted a white upv fence down the side of our property and did an excellent job. The workmen arrived on time, were courteous and hard working. We will be using the Handyman service again, and therefore we would highly recommend them. Thanks again for a super job guys. Lynn

Requested a quote at 11.30pm for Florida Glass. Lastminute Handyman arrived next morning at 08:30 to measure up, quote was phoned through at 09:15 and by 10:30 he was back to do the job - on time and on budget like it says on the van, in fact better. Very courteous, polite, efficient and professional. An excellent job! Thank you.

I big thank you for a job well done. When I purchased the villa I didn't have guttering ordered. We decided to have this fitted later. The handyman service couldn't have been better, offering me good solid advice and working around my guests, so no one had any inconvenience. I highly recommend their work and service. I will definatly use them again.

Thank a million for a job really well done. Its amazing that in the few weeks since I first contacted you, you got out to the house and measured up, quoted me, got me to choose colours online,and then completed the job in double quick time. When I arrived over last Wednesday I really expected to have tons of cleaning up to do and couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the door to a perfectly organised 'new' villa. I really appreciated that the extra work I then decided I would like to have done, was arranged promptly for the next day. I will have no problem recommending every aspect of the service you provide and won't have to wonder where to go when I need anything else done.Please say thank you to all the team. Mary

Thanks a million for the yard work. It looks fantastic again. I've even got my current guests watering the new palm trees each night to make sure they bed in OK. There are bound to be heaps of odd jobs coming up on the house over the coming years and I'll get straight on to you as they crop up. It is very pleasantly refreshing to deal with someone in Florida who turns up when they say they will and does a fer-lipping good job to boot. Thanks again.

Yet again the handyman service have done an excellent job. We have had the pool deck painted and the job was arranged quickly and professionally with the work being completed to an excellent standard. When we have been available to meet the people carrying out the work they have been friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. We would never hesitate to recommend this service.

As the proud owner of this 2 storey villa I want to add my comments about Last Minute Handyman service. I was aware that our villa needed thoutside painting and contacted several people to get quotes. Stewart responded very quickly with a very competitive quote, not quite the cheapest BUT after speaking with him I was convinced that the quality would be better and I decided to go with him. He went to a lot of trouble to try to get the right colour as the Home Owners Association are strict on no colour changes without their permission. He managed to find an unfaded area near the front door, matched the colour perfectly and the job was done very quickly and to a high standard. The villa now looks as good as new, or probably better as a higher quality paint was used than the original construction. As soon as the job was finishes Stewart sent me a number of photos showing the villa from every angle. We got the chance to see the villa when we were over for the Christmas holidays and it looked just as good as on the photos. The true test of how happy you are with any job is would you get the same people to do more work for you. We have already got Last Minute Handyman to repair and paint our pool deck and do some other jobs for us, and they are becomming the first people we call when we want work done.

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend the services of Last Minute Handy man. I am in a unique position as the service they provided for me is no longer available, this being a pool deck extension. The obstacles encountered due to the fickle changes in building codes caused no end of problems and resulted in Stewart no longer offering this service, but this is the reason I would like to praise them. At all times Stewart was on our side and ensured that the job was completed satisfactorily. Thank you Stewart and all at Last Minute Handyman.
